By using Yaralys Tales and Yaralys Moments (the "Applications"), you agree to the terms below.
1. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Applications are designed for parents using the service with their children, ages 3 to 12. Parental consent is required for child-facing features. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
2. Credits and purchases
Yaralys Tales uses a credit system for story generation. Credits are consumed when generation occurs. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and remain subject to their respective terms. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy.
3. Generated content
Stories and illustrations are generated by AI models. While we apply moderation mechanisms to maintain age-appropriate output, unexpected results may still occasionally occur. Parents should review content, especially for younger children.
You retain ownership of the stories generated for your account. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Applications for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to bypass moderation or security systems
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Reverse engineer the service or disrupt its operation
5. Service availability
We do our best to keep the Applications available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. During beta phases, some features may change without prior notice.
6. Limitation of liability
The Applications are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Yaralys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Delete account. This removes your profile data, stories, and child-related data from active systems. We may retain minimal pseudonymized traces for a limited period to meet legal obligations and defend legal claims, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
